Love Jimmy Buffet!

Just now trying to decide if I take the early purchase advantage for Keith Urban tickets tomorrow as a summer birthday prez. Love him but we have seen him at The Grand Ole Opry and also his All 4 the Hall fundraiser for the Cuntry music Museum and Hall of Fame.

Aren't our brains amazing? Reading this I can sing most of the songs or at least parts. How do we know all this/how do we have ROOM for all this? The song stash in my brain is bigger than the worst hoarder's stash!

I have always loved this song and how true it is. It is by George Harrison.

Isn't it a pity
Now, isn't it a shame
How we break each other's hearts
And cause each other pain
How we take each other's love
Without thinking anymore
Forgetting to give back
Isn't it a pity

my wedding songs were "you are so beautiful to me" (my husbands)
and "follow you, follow me" by Genisis ( my song)
Stay with me, my love i hope you'll alway be,
right here by my side, if ever you need me,oh my love.
In your arms, i feel so safe and so secure, .......
.................
I will follow you if you follow me, all the days and nights that we know will be, i will stay with you if you stay with me just one single tear in each passing year there will be.

my theme song is "If you see a chance take it"

my new favorite song is "Hellow World" by lady Antebellum, i can't watch the video without crying, if you're a mom, watch it on you tube, and tell me if you don't cry too.

Jimmy Buffett

I love ANY island - especially tropical :)
Ditto
A lot of Jimmy's songs
Simon and Garfunkel
I think songs by JB and S&G are good because they write them.

One of my all time favorites:

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one
