To those of you on the board in St. Louis or if you have family in that area, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. I hope you you were not affected by the tornado that ripped through your city.

I am watching the news now, and it really looks bad.
    Hopefully, there aren't many injuries.
Just tried my 85 year old Uncle's phone again. They probably don't have power.
I'm sure that my cousin would have called if there were big problems. She only lives a couple of minutes from them.
They live on the Illinois side on the river in Edwardsville.

Thank you for your prayers! I live just south and east of the area that was hit by the tornado. I, too, am watching the news coverage! There was substantial property damage, and there is lots of power outage in a big area. Thankfully, there are no serious injuries reported so far, and no deaths! That is remarkable!

My Uncle is fine...he was alone when everything went crazy. He had started down to the basement and went down the stairs on his butt. He said it was quicker. Unfortunately, his walker and the phone were left at the top of the stairs.
My Aunt was picking up their daughter and family at the airport. She is still shaking.
