Yes, the first is using the tidal barrier, anyone could also walk on it. Not the safest thing to do and I know the police frown on it, but fun to watch the onlookers faces.

Second is slight of hand and I think the other men are involved in the ruse; different phone for sure hidden in his pocket perhaps.

Third again help from the people involved, perhaps different man outside the window as you do not see his face as he walks away, do not see long coat after its removed and maybe he is hiding under it?
