We're supposed to have a hard freeze this week so my roses will probably be done for this year. I take lots of pictures of them throughout the year, but the one I took today is my favorite.

    Goodbye, summer...

I have a beautiful white rose I picked today so it wouldn't get frosted. It has just a tip of pink.

Beautiful! I was noticing out the window today what will probably be my last roses too. It's the Princess Diana Rose from Jackson Perkins.

My roses are also really looking nice now that the hot weather is past. Should have them for several more weeks. Sometimes I can still pick them for the table at Thanksgiving. Love your picture.

They are beautiful. Summer was short and sweet. We expect rain/snow showers here on Thursday. So it begins...
