Thanks for the pics, it looks like you and panda had a great time. I saw the fabric you bought, and I am jealous.

Wow what a wonderful time you and panda must have had, you both look great and beamming from ear to ear, so glad you had this time together will be looking forward to seeing you both in room and to hear more of your meeting.

Looks like you had a great time!

My daughter calls the toilet- squatty potty. She wouldn't use them. :)

Thanks for sharing all the pics! I enjoyed my lunch trip to Tokyo.

Thanks so much for posting the photos! It looks like you had the best time ever. Japan is such an incredible place and the people so wonderful.

I so enjoyed seeing the photo of the squat toilet, it gave me a good laugh. I nearly wrote here about meeting one in my younger years but thought better of it! :D

Thanks again!

Thanks for sharing all your lovely pics, Terri, but I have to say that potty would fill me with dread - I would have to wear nappies, as I physically can't squat! How do disabled people manage, I wonder.

How cool getting to see Panda! :-)

Sounds like an awesome time... my eyeballs nearly popped out of my head when I read 5 floors of fabric, and yes, I went back and checked I wasn't seeing things! Five whole floors... it's hard to imagine.

As for the squatty potty.... rather that than standing on that glass floor so high up! I think I'd be sick! LOL

What a wonderful trip! Thanks sew much for sharing the pictures! You don't look like I expected! Neither you nor Panda!
The toilets have come a long way from two bricks! I remember our outhouses! :? What do the handicapped people do?

There are platforms on a building in Chicago with plexiglass bottoms so you can see straight down! I am not sure I am ready for that!

They do have REAL toilets. But, they also have the squatty ones too!
The REAL ones have the buttons you can play with lol
Not ALL of them have the buttons, but some do. I have seen online where you can buy it for your own house.
