Default Tutu for my 3 and 4year old GrtGrandDaughters

I learned to sew on a treadle machine and to hand sew. Made my 2 daughters play clothes. when my Daughters got married had kids they gave me 5 Grandsons between them.. they are grown now 3 of the 5 gave me 8 GrtGrandDaughters.. Now out of the 8 ..2 of them age 3 and 4 are signed up for Dance Class... I do sew and can make clothes but I am mostly a quilter Never used Net Material for anything. I really don't know where to start,, I know from past experience this board will help me! Please give me some instructions, ideas. Thank You

Got it.. Thank you seems easy enough. I think because of the Tulle, I was feeling a little panicky.

This is great. I am passing it on to the dance teacher I knew from school. I think she will be thrilled with it.
