Ultimate stain remover - you need to keep a copy of this one!
I have had a few friends ask me for this ultimate stain remover that actually works on a seriously set in stain. Works on every stain I've tried it on.
The mixture is as follows:
Place into a cereal size bowl:
1 tsp. Dawn dishwashing detergent
3-4 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide
2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Scrub on with a scrubbing brush, pour the balance onto your artlcle and let soak in your sink for about 15-20 minutes, then rinse and dry.

Dawn is the most amazing stuff. As are the other ingredients.
The other day I found a soup tureen for my set of dishes (Yorktowne by Pfaltzgraf) at the goodwill, it had the bottom and the ladle but no top and I got it for less than $5. As a collector who knows the ceramic ladle is the expensive part because they break, I snapped that up just for the ladle which I didn't have.
It didn't look so great at first, but after a gentle scrub with my Dawn and baking soda, it looks beautiful now!

It works! I had a mattress cover returned from cleaners with blood stains from nose bleed still on the cover. I used this mixture, soaked the mattress cover in the bathtub and it all came out! I use it on lots of fabrics and it has always worked.
