Default Ursula from The Little Mermaid

I've been making some costumes for a special Ed school's production of The Little Mermaid. Ursula was quite a challenge. It felt like I was wrestling with an actual octopus at time, with tentacles going every which way and a big hoop skirt attached underneath. My sister was visiting today so she tried it on for me. I'm pretty happy with it.

EXCELLENT job. The skirt appears to have more tentacles. One contestant on Face-Off SyFy channel) had to make a mermaid and it was interesting to watch what he used for a tail. Aren't Clover clips the best invention since the rotary cutter??

All the tentacles can unhook and spread out.
