Your left knee is 'out of place' and you aren't going to the DR? There is something seriously wrong if your knee is out of place. See a DR or go to the4 ER as soon as possible.

Knees are very delicate - it doesn't take long for your muscles to atrophy (waste away) and your knee to become permanently impaired.

Donna I am so sorry and feel so bad for you. But girlfriend you just HAVE to get that knee looked at by a profesional. Please! Do not wait another day. You may really regret it & we do not want that for you. {{{{{HUGE HUGS}}}}}

Thanks for all your well wishes. I really appreciate them and your prayers.I have had this knee torn out so many times. I weigh over 400 pounds and I doubt right now I could even get down the steps to go to a doctor. I have been to the ER many, many times before and all they tell me is that I am too big for the largest support brace they have. I can't have surgery on my knees because my heart is wearing out. I don't have any blockages as I had an arteriorgram earlier this year.
I have honestly tried to lose weight. I think some of my meds go against me. I have neuropathy, arthritis, mytosis and live with severe pain all the time. I try to stay busy with cross stitching when I am not able to sew. My house needs cleaning and my daughter that is supposed to help with that is on a trip to Florida.

I will be up and around in a few days. When the swelling goes down I can set the knee myself. My old chiropractor showed me and my husband how to do it before he retired.
I have appleied for and been turned down 4 times on my disability. I guess as long as I am able to run my mouth they consider it able to work. At least I have strong jaw muscles. LOL

now get onto your cross stitch or some hand sewing. just keep your hands and mind busy. sorry to hear you are in bad shape right now. I hope you heal soon hon.
