the riverwalk runs through the downtown part of San Antonio.
Lots to do if ur a tourist ride the barges, eat mexican food, take a tour of the Alamo and the missions, hear Mariachi music, eat some more and just have fun. We have great margarita's to sip on!!!!

Oh my,beautiful pictures of your city.

I had two lovely days in San Antonio in June for a mini family reunion. It was great. We went to the Alamo, Mi Tierra, King William District and the Museum branch of the the river. It was wonderful. The margaritas were great everywhere we went.

Haven't been to San Antonio for sightseeing since kids were small. Need to plan a trip for DH and myself.

My husband and I honeymooned in San Antonio 19 years ago. We are planning to go back next year when we celebrate our 20th anniversary. During our honeymoon, we stayed in the Riverwalk area and did not get to see all those lovely homes in your pictures. Hopefully I'll remember the King William area next year! You know how the memory goes.....

Wonderful - thanks for sharing. The King William houses remind me of those in Galveston - Bishop's ???.

No, I do not recognize the women, who is she?? The mariachi looks like a singer named Vicente Fernandez. What beautiful pics of San Antonio.

We were there in 2005, and took a bus tour. It was mostly the Alamo and missions, but also an international market. Your pictures brought back the memories. Looks like you had a fun time.
