It's very handy indeed, whatever it contains. I keep a can in my laundry cupboard and woe betide any of the men around here if it's not put back with lid intact when they "borrow" it!

We been using it for bait for 30 yrs.Was told it had shark oil.I'll have to try some of the other stuff tho you mentioned.Down here on the mexico/ca/az border, everything stings, jabs, pokes,or bites you.I hate fire ants. They even get into my pets food dishes.I have to either spray,(which keeps them gone for weeks)or put their food in a water pan.In fact.I'm going to ask if anyone has a tip on how to protect your property.Their just now coming out.I am going to try some of your tips on other things we have.Like the mirror. And the duct tape one,for sure. Thanks so much.I wished we had a board for just tips like this.As between all of us,we are an encyclopedia of info not available to the younger generation.Bookmarking this one.

If you can find their nest, get a package of grits and sprinkle them around the hole, they will then take them into the nest and consume them, then take a drink and you guessed it.... POP!!! lol sorry shouldn't giggle but can't help it.
