My husband and I renewed our marriage vows on June 11, 2010 - fifty years - at the Little Brown Church in the Vale where we were originally married. The photographer took a picture when each of us placed a renewal ring on each other's finger next to the original wedding band. Those two pictures are my favorite. Remember that picture of the two of you with your rings showing and then do it again in 50 years. Our hands are old, they are worn, they have clapped, they have wrung themselves out with worry and they have held baby hands and grandbabies hands. They have folded in prayer so many times. But in all those 50 years, I will take the hand of my husband and follow him anywhere. God Bless both of you and make your love so strong that when one cries, the other tastes the tears. Edie
