Default Joann's Anti-Pill Fleece vs. Blizzard Fleece

Years ago I heard that there was a difference between Joann's Anti-Pill Fleece vs. Blizzard Fleece, the difference being that the Blizzard was softer but did pill. I have only used the Anti-Pill but was wondering.....years later....if there is a difference and what you may have experienced. Thank you very much.

years ago you really could tell the difference - not so much today. One reason could be that we all used to wash everything in boiling hot water and 'cook' them dry in our dryers. (Also, sadly, blankets aren't kept near as long as they used to be!). The biggest difference is with the feel. For the most part (and you will always find exceptions) blizzard is going to feel thicker than anti-pill. I tell my customers the most important thing is to find the colors/patterns that you like and not worry about anything else.

Thanks so much for letting me/us know as I’ve wondered myself. I have some machine embroidered “snowballs” and they recommend blizzard. I thought it felt nicer.
