Try Newman's lite dressing, they taste fairly decent and are close in taste to the originals. They just reduce the oil. Check your lite dressings, many add extra sugar, so they are lighter in oil but may be more in calories.

I think that is the hardest kind of eating to stop, though it is possible!! LOL!! You will just have to eat better for the rest of the day. Be strong!!

I thought I'd make my avatar a little more seasonal.

I think this month is going to be hard all the parties and baked goods. I'm sure its going to be really hard. Oh well I quess my goal will be, not to gain as I usually gain 5-10 in Dec.
My Mom was busy making nut and bolts for the last 2 days.In my kitchen. Soooooooo tempting. Hold me back girls.lol

That musical fruit I've been eating beans every day this wk. and I think I am becoming jet propelled.lol

Did you know that if you put a carrot or a whole potato in your beans while cooking them that they will soak up the part that causes gas or atleast most of it. This only works for dry beans not the canned ones. It really does work but my problem is that the carrot and potato tastes so good after stewing in the beans. LOL!!
