    Speaking of asparagus...

    I like to roast mine in the oven, or in a little olive oil on the stove, then toss them in a bit of a mixture of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.

    As of right now we have 65 ppl joining this month. Good luck to all of the returning and new participants. I will try to post the list in the morning if I don't forget. Sometimes I get busy sewing and forget what it is I need to do. LOL!!

    I am whooped!! I walked to the gym this morning (1-1/2 mi), worked out for over an hour, and then walked back home (another 1-1/2 mi) I felt great until I sat down to read a magazine. Guess what I did? I fell asleep for 3 hours. I can't believe it. And I am still tired. LOL I think I will eat a lite supper and take the rest of the night off. I think that tomorrow I will ride my bike to the gym and maybe I will not be so tired.

    I could use 65 extra fat quarters in my stash.... I could stand to lose 75 lbs and I figure this is the best incentive to get me going. Good luck everyone, but please don't do better than me! :-)
