Not replying just wondering if anyone else needs to lose 100 lbs? Are there any of you in for the really long haul. I just turned 70 and started to gain when I was 30 (great depression over that b'day for some reason) anyway, it just kept coming on. Oh, I would lose 30-50 lbs and gain it back plus some more........I know!! How can I be so unhealthy and I am a nurse. I hate the E word with a passion so guess I will have to start walking. I am sure hoping you all can help me do this. I know, I have to do it myself just need that push. Lynne

    Hi Lynne,
I needed to lose 60 lbs in 2000.... lost 30... gained 20 of that back ... lost 10 lbs in 2010 and gained 8 of that back from 10/2010 till now... I'm in for the long haul because even if I do reach goal... I still need this crazy gang to keep me focused....

This is an awesome idea! I'm totally in.

I've been battling baby weight & medical issues as a result since I lost our baby last year and really wanted to do something (online preferrably because of my job) that had a support system/community. I kept contemplating WW as I did it many years ago and liked it, but can't commit to their rather significant monthly fees right now. And honestly at the end of the day, this idea is perfect because I can get way more motivated over the prospect of FQ's as the ultimate prize than the stars and "I Lost X Number of Pounds" bookmarks you will get at WW meetings, LOL. Sign me up!!!

Explosive blessings, abundance and inspiration to you all!

I had 60 and lost 30 since I started this challenge. I want to lose it slow to keep it off.
If you hate to exercise you should try pilates IT WORKS.......... shapes and tones however you don't sweat.

Cute pic of you as a baby Missy do you want more then 1 window a day? I thought the other time you like to spend playing with turtles. i didn't want to take up time with more windows. I have a ravine behind my house there is a creek down there you can have all the turtles you want. ;-) ;-) ;-)
