Oh I forgot I also had lentil soup with gooey melted cheese on top with salad and then corn chips and I can't remember what else. I made a pig out of myself. :cry: :cry: :cry:

trupeach, when I binge, it seems if I eat something I don't like it will stop the binge. Brushing my teeth does kinda help. When the binge starts it's like stopping a freight train.

Oh Leota! Thank you!! I was so scared of posting the picture because then you would know just what 400+ pounds looks like. But, I thought to myself, if I am ever going to move past that negative self-talk then I have to just put my self out there. And that is what I did.

Missy you were brave to post your picture I wouldn't in a million years post one of me even if I know how to post pic. I look like crap, and I feel how I look. You should be proud of yourself it showed you have confidence in yourself and you know you have friends on the board who will not judge you. You are so pretty, however how you looked didn't matter we love you for you Missy.

Oh Thank you so much Tru!! You really made my day. I am trying so hard to make the changes necessary for me to have the surgery and to feel better physically and mentally.
