Sandy isn't that the most wonderful feeling? I remember when it happened to me.

Yes, Carrie, it is a wonderful feeling. I will be going into the office in Jacksonville, next week to work, and I get to wear clothes my co-workers haven't seen in years!!! That will be so nice. It felt great putting those clothes on and realizing I can get them on and they are not too tight any longer. wooo hooo. Just motivates me to do even better and to keep on keeping on.......

Boredom is what gets me. I eat when I get bored and that happens a lot at work so I'm constantly grazing. I don't do big meals but I will nibble all day (and night) if you let me. My elbow bends and my mouth automatically opens. I was 206 but I got it down to 180, now I'm back up to 191 but at least it's less then when I first started dieting last year.

I can't do any quilting til we get moved into our new house, and we have so much snow on everything here that I can't even look at houses yet (you can never tell what problems are hiding under all that snow). I'll be so glad to have a sewing room. My apartment is in a total turmoil, boxes everywhere. but at least I've got a start on the packing.

Okay, this may be too much information, but,
last night I put on a beautiful black lace nightgown I had bought 5 years ago and NEVER WORN. When I bought it, I could not get it over my stomach. Last night it fit beautifully.

That was nice!

I cleaned house this a.m. so I figure that's my exercise for the morning. This pm I will walk with Leslie Sansome.
