Its great isn't it!!! I just love to ride and love my horses. I started riding at about 3 and have done so ever since. Great exercise and a great way to enjoy a beautiful day. Your place looks like it has some fantastic trails! Enjoy!

I grew up riding & working cattle. What is kind of sad is that we have been ranching for 20 years now and I have only been on a horse 3 times in that 20 years. My husband hates to ride, so the only time he does is when they have to move cattle. No pleasure riding in this family! You talk about paying to ride and we have a dozen horses that we can ride for nothing.

I grew up riding. I LOVE it. Haven't had the opportunity for many, many years. My DH and I have a BIG dream of, one day, owning our OWN place large enough for a couple horses. Where the $$ is coming from, I don't know.

I was thinking the other day that I hadn't been on a horse in almost 50 years. I used to enjoy it and I know you will.

One of my first time horse back riding was a six hour trip up and down and up and down the mountains where they grow coffee in Brazil. Oh my, I could hardly sit down or walk for several days without looking like I was 100.
It's a wonderful way to enjoy the outdoors, glad you had a good time.

Oh there is nothing better than going riding on a horse. This is coming from someone who hasn't been riding in over 35 yrs. My dad sold my horse when I was in college-broke my heart. However due to a very bad knee injury I could no longer ride a horse. Finally after a knee replacement I dream of going riding again. It is going to happen some day. First I need to find someone who is willing to go riding with me. Dh would never get on a horse.
It is wonderful to hear of someone who got to experience the thrill of riding a horse!!! Do it again.
