Western Shirt Pattern

Any one have a men's western shirt pattern, size 38-40?? My husband would like me to sew for him a corduroy western shirt, front and back yokes, front pockets. I have Kwik-Sew 458 which he likes, but it's a bit too big and I'm not good at altering. I'd have to make the shoulder width less which means adjusting the set-in sleeve somehow. That's my biggest hurdle, I think. Anyway, if someone has a similar pattern, I'd be willing to buy. Thanks.

So sorry to hear of your loss. My husband likes the "real deal" western type of clothing. Nothing else will do. Something will turn up, I'm sure.

I just searched---Simplicity 5366 looks like a real nice western shirt pattern.

I'll look in my patterns. I have Qwik Sew, Love them Qwik Sew patterns with their 1/4 inch seams. No trimming. I used to make matching western shirts for my country band, but that's another story. Will let you know. Patti
