Just started "The Cat, the Quilt, and the Corpse" by Leann Sweeney. It was a free download to my Kindle. So far, it is light reading, but good! I think it is one of a series.

Just finishing Jan Karon's These High, Green Hills...third in the Mitford Series...light read next on the stack is Alice Hoffman's The Doverkeepers -- looked interesting anyone read this one? Between cooking, cleaning, quilting and reading ---some days I have a difficult time choosing... :-)
I so enjoy knowing what others are reading and make a list from their suggestions... Thanks a lot

Just finishing up Stephen Kings 'Full Dark,No Stars' a collection of 5 stories. Its good. I've read so many books of his and others like it that it takes alot to really make me say WoW!
Have one to read next by King called 'Cell' its a novel.

East of Eden by John Steinbeck. Just finished The Invisible Bridge by Julie Orringer. I highly recommend both.

Patchsamkim - the book you are reading has a map that goes with it. Even though it is fiction, the places are real. Thought you might like to take a look at the map:
