At least it wasn't a little snake crawling across your carport. Had to have hubby dispose of the one I found. It was just a Blind Snake, but nonetheless...a snake!! (Blind Snakes look like really thin worms)

LOL -- when I was a young bride, my DH and I had no idea possums would come in the house after dog food if you left the door open!!! YIP, it did! Then about a week later, it apparently got locked in the garage. Besides being ugly, they make one heck of a mess!!!!

They are plentiful around here and my dog trees them and won't come back in the house. They are really hard to kill also. Had one I thought was dead after the dog got at it and I hit at it with a tool. Put it in the trash can and came back later and it was GONE! Yuck!
