I did that same job for my mom last winter but mine didn't turn out near as nice as yours. Her kitchen sink is in a corner so I had odd angles to work with and it went so far back I couldn't squeeze in by the pipes enough to reach the back end. She was still very happy with it.

We have these sticky tiles under kitchen sink & bathroom sink...Have a tall floor to ceiling closet in bathroom that
I use for things like shampoos, hairspray...container with
medicines etc....It has 4 shelves....I covered these shelves
with the tiles...so much easier..I keep large plastic baskets
for the items in there...just slide them out and wipe down
the tiles...also going to use in my large linen closet
