I usually love my Sunday mornings, but this morning, I opened the refrigerator and everything was hot. Sooo everything had to be thrown out, clean out melted ice cream from freezer, etc etc, I was ready to go to church, when I seen this. Thank goodness my son and 2 of his friends were around. We had another frig in the shop. They changed them out for me. I'm just about back to normal. I missed church and now I have to go to the grocery store and replenish the frig. :hunf:

There is never a good time for something like this to happen! I guess it is better if you catch it right away! :?

It was so unfortunate about your fridge, but it was really fortunate that you had a quick replacement! 8-)

Mine did that a couple weeks ago! Luckily, it was a thermostat regulator for the freezer! I really missed it for the 2 days until the repairman could get here!

I have had that happen to me several times, usually with a freezer. About 39 or 40 years ago when my daughter was still on a bottle, our refrigerator went out. I miss that one till today. It was gas and the freezer section did not freezer burn my food, nor did a lot of frost form inside packages.
