I have worked as a receptionist in the medical field when very young, then a banker for 21 years, retired way too young from that and intended to stay home for a while, after 1 month, went to work for the county attorney's office 3 days a week, been there for 17 years and love it.

I was in the WAC then got married, stay at home mom til 1996, spent the next year living with and taking care of in laws till they died. Then I worked as Outreach worker for two outfits in my area til they lost funding for the position, took secretary job at the one closest to home. Got a second job working for the Census Bureau as a Field Rep, left my secretary job in the winter of March 2011. Took another survey job working with farmers in the area. Have been asked to work on another survey that I will be training in Denver CO the 24 to the 27th of Oct. And in Atlanta GA for the sponsor training 5 Nov to 10 Nov. 2011. I sitll live on a farm, we have horses, cattle and I had a whole bunch of puppies to get rid of this summer. Down to 1 boy. Still working with 1 for Granddaughter who is not quite back in their flooded home. Sorry so longwinded. Amy

    I taught elementary school.
Was a manager of a mobile home park for Seniors in So. CA. (both sides of the same coin.
Best job was as a full time seamstress for a fabric store making display samples at a Beverly Fabrics store in Ventura, CA. Unfortunately due to lease problems, the store closed.

Restaurant manager, professional artist, web designer, craft materials designer.

The last was particularly fun - designing craft projects and tutorials for people who were interested in the creative possibilities of polymer clay and all the related materials. Sculpting, jewelry, home decor, dolls - you use a lot of different skills and materials with polymer.
