Spaghetti night. I make it full of veggies, onions, shredded carrots, zuccini, celery, mushrooms, with Italian sausage. Garlic bread and a salad on the side.

We are having whole grain pasta with fresh tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, onions, a little bit of tomato sauce and fresh spices. My mom is going to make garlic bread to go with it.

I will be having a salad too.

I really enjoyed reading this thread. It is so interesting to me what people eat across the country (and the pond! LOL)

Having very thinnly sliced steak sandwiches, with grilled onions and I think we have some mozzerella cheese on french bread. A salad from the garden and either baked beans or potato chips.

I'd cook your favorite birthday dinner if I was in your neck of the woods!

DH is working out of town, I'm on my own, and surprisingly, I'm not really hungry, I had a big chef salad for lunch. Squash does sound yummy though. I didn't plant a garden this year, it's too much to try and work and take proper care of a garden for me anyway.
