My son may be going to an event in Ft Wayne next month and it will be an all day thing. So I need to find something for my girls and I to do to occupy our time. Is there a zoo? Anything else worth seeing? Dare I ask...quilt shops??

Science central is really cool, you could spend all day there!


There is a quilt shop on Clinton Street. NOT my favorite LQS. I prefer not to spend my money there.

Thank you. It looks like the zoo is closed for the season. Bummer-my kids were really hoping to go to that. Is there anything else other than the science center?

I don't have kids so I'm at a loss as to kids activities. There are a couple other members here on the board from Ft Wayne, maybe they will come along and give you some ideas

Thanks-we could probably kill a few hours at the mall. Anyone else? I saw in another thread that there are some other Ft Wayne people here. Or I'm willing to drive 20 min out if needed. My son's event is at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.
