Will have to remember this one to share at Weight Watchers!

I learned to quilt chocolate style - sew a seam, eat an M&M. Sew a strip, eat a handful of M&Ms.

It has been very hard to 'unlearn' to quilt this way but I have broken the habit ... for the most part, though sometimes I want to revert back to the original way.
