I am so glad you checked in with us. It is upsetting when someone just disappears especially after you have been through so much. I can only hope that if I disappear someone will miss me.

Been there done that many times.

A good treatment from my DO usually straightens me out along with rest, ice/heat, and Aleve.

In between treatments, my Dh massages me. Hurts like he**, but sure helps.

I hope you get it taken care of so there is no permanent damage. Feel better soon.

So sorry - I know how painful that is. Even when mine gets better, I always know it's there, and as you say, have to be real careful how you move. I've also got a problem with my "sitz" bone on the left side of my butt. Doc says the muscles or tendons attached to it are inflamed, but nothing seems to help and it really hurts. Can't sit for very long and I have big thick cushions on chairs all over the house.
Sometimes makes computer work and sewing machine work impossible.

Feel better soon. Here's a big hug along with a prayer for your quick recovery.

Hope you feel better soon. Ouch, a pinched nerve - sounds painful. I imagine it interfers with quilting, too - and that is baaaaad!
