Around here the one that cracks me up is the word war. It could be wire, where or war. But it is said WAR all the time.

sigh... that is sooo me.... I'm trying, really I am!! I just keep thinking/wondering what it is that this generation will find it hard to grasp when they're our age... can't even imagine it!!

Sounds like this gent is straight from Downeast Maine, especially with his fly season! LOL
I enjoyed this immensely even though I am a senior citizen with a woodstove! And yes, my back does hurt at times!

When I visited my cousins I couldn't tell the difference when they said 'oil' and 'all' and they had a laugh when I told them I was going to a party. They all thought I was telling them I was going to the potty...

That's so me! If I didn't have a young IT guy in my extended family to help me with my computer, I would be using it for firewood!! Thanks for sharing.

If I need something at the computer store or need to learn something new I put a big smile on my face and say, Sorry I learn to write before ball points wee invented at the time of the pen with a nib and the ink bottle!
