Default This is why you need sleep

To rest, to forgive, to dream, to smile and to get ready for all the battles you will have tomorrow.

I have a hard time adjusting to the time change. Up at 4 am today, made coffee, bid on Ebay, hand quilted a bit. DH and Hazel the dog are snoring. The moonlight is beautiful, very bright. I will be crashing early tonight.

Love it! nhweaver, I completely understand. The time change in the fall takes me a week. First morning I haven't been up before 4am and that extra bit of sleep feels good!

Thank you so much for that post, I try so hard to turn off the bad, sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. But looking at him sleeping, sure makes me smile and content.

Happy Saturday

That's cute ... I'll have to remember that for when daylight savings time comes around in the spring and I'm grumbling again!

No kidding you think that is the problem, change of time. I wake up at 4 AM, hit the bathroom and pick up a book, read in bed until the book hits the floor and I doze only to wake up soon again. My Shitzu loves for me to get up early and take her out, burrr think we had light frost this morning, all the roofs around me where white!!
