Sorry if that's not the proper terminology, but sometimes when I click on a posted message or post a message myself it shows up as printed lines across the screen and way beyond the borders of the page and just seems to keep going and going and going. I have to keep going back and forth to read the whole message and it's a real pain.

This happens only occasionally, and if I click on a different message in the same or a different category, it will be just fine.

Does anyone know why or how this happens and what can I do about it, if anything?

It's usually caused by a link or code in a previous post that "stretches" the board. Happens on every forum.

Nothing you can do about it unless the link or code is fixed. And even the person who posted it, unwittingly, probably won't know why it caused the stretch or how to fix it.

Just go on to the next thread. ;-)

OK, thanks, MTS. I knew someone here would know.

I'll just ignore the spread. Thank goodness it's not my computer!

Try using F-11 key. That seems to restore much to page issues.

My computer has a place on the bottom right where I can click on a number and increase or decrease the percentage number to increase or decrease the size. I usually have mine at 125% and everything fits fine. Occasionally I have to adjust it to 100%. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.

I'll try that, too. Thanks.
