Will this house remodel ever get done!

Oh, I have been that soldier too- and it is enormously stressful! But you will get to the end of it.
Try to celebrate each job instead of getting obsessed with what is not yet done. I used to look at photos and that helped "gee- when we moved in we have no internal doors- hurrah for having doors!" "wow- when we moved in, the only way to wash was to lie down in the bathtub and pour buckets of water over ourselves- hurrah for a shower attachment and, in due course, a shower enclosure!" "remember when we were covered in plaster dust every morning? hurrah for not needing a clothes brush in the porch anymore!"
That helped when I found myself driving back into the carpark of the DIY store AGAIN, and wondering if it was ever going to get finished.
It was lovely in the end (and then we moved again, LOL).
