Cindy in NY,
I would love to. I live just off exit 49 on rt. 81. It would be so nice to meet a fellow quilter. No one in my family or friends sews or quilts.

This is a little like the pot calling the kettle black....the only ones to tell you to get off the board are on here too! I learn to much to leave-the search feature is one of my best friends....so many good threads, good advice, humor, great pictures, neat stories, Sorry, I don't want to leave.
Having said that, it's time to get ready for church so gotta go! But, "I'll be back!" (can't get the accent in there but if you know the movie....)

the way i learned to deal with this problem is i set timers! when i decide to get on the computer for awhile i set a timer for 45 minutes. when it goes off i shut down the computer and go do something else...if i come back later the timer is again set. that way i can kind of keep up to date here but i don't let the whole day go by without accomplishing anything.
