I like your style! I do the same...

I beleive we get to the point of loving our quilting more than visiting anymore - I too get bummed when I have to set through company here, when I could be doing something I enjoy so much more - isn't it almost sad? If only our company knew how we felt, huh? :)

This is funny because when I invite friends over, I don't want it to be too early because it will take away from my quilting time. All day? Forget it!

Think that now qualifies for the "quilt addiction" club, when you don't want visitors to be around too long.

We just suffered through a week of GF visit from Germany. Afterwards we decided that our house is simply too small to accommodate house guests. I am patiently waitint to share that bit of news with the next self-invitee.

I love my family and friends - but sometimes just want to quilt!

How did you manage to get away from them to post this?

(Oh....was it a visit to the "ladies room" with your lap top?)

LOL.

Socializing does cut into your creating time. We all have interior deadlines due to the fact there is another idea for a quilt pressing us on. I do hate to give up creating time to mindless chatter.
