NOT walking, lol, but riding in a minivan with two kids (3 on the way back) and two men sounds slightly, if not completely, torturous to me...We are going for his oldest sons' graduation, airfare is too much for the whole fam. I don't know how much sight seeing we will be able to do, but I really hope to make it to the coast with the little ones. I am quite sure I will have my hands full (literally) with the little guy, so no handiwork. Wait, why am I doing this again?? Getting nervous........

DEFINATELY get to the coast. Lincoln City is 1 hour from Salem...and the coast there is gorgeous! I lived in Salem for over 30 yrs......I'm too far to just hop over to the coast...sure miss it!

Good luck, take a lotta aspirin with you!

Get a portable dvd player let one havve it for one movie the let the other one watch what he or she wants. That is is they don't want to watch the same thing. I brought my 3 grandkids back to texas from Tenn for 3 week and that was a saver on the road. Good luck and have a safe trip

Sounds like a real fun trip. Relax Mom so everyone else can. Take lots of pics for us that you can download, when you get back. Prayers are coming your way.
