wooden loom spools
I have aquired 85 wooden loom spools, and I want to make shelfs using the loom spools as hooks, but I also have been searching the net for craft ideas for other uses, cannot find anything, anyone have or know of ideas to use these long spools for? I am at work so I cannot take pic, but they are long and skinny with a base that has metal wire on the bottom, I have seen them used for candle holders, but looking for different ideas, thanks in advance for any help.

I can't picture how you would use them for hooks on a shelf, but maybe I'm thinking of something else.
I use the one's that I have to wind my left over binding on. It just makes a pretty, decorative way to disply them in my studio. Of course, you'd need lot's of extra binding to use as many as you have (lol).
If you are interested in selling any, PM me and I would be willing to take some of them off your hands.

Bambi, they are about 8" long, nad have a base with metal wrapped around it...my dad made me a shelf with them and I loved it..so an opportunity came up and I was offered them so I was like so excited, but I am tring to figure out what else I could make besides shelfs with them as the hooks on the shelf...they still have the original wool on them that was used to making rugs I am assuming, they are quite cool, I thought of leaving the wool on them for an old style looking shelf...but just another thing I want to do but when on earth will I have the time...LOL..I think I am going to hold on to them but thanks for the offer, if something arises and I cannot use them I will save this post and pm you...
