I was thinking that carrying a purse or bags would throw it off-balance and doubt it is good on rough terraine. But it would be fun to try. Did you notice it looked like sometimes they were dragging the toes of their shoes on the floor? So how fast would it wear out the toes of ones shoes.

Cool...interesting. DH has mobility issues and he thought is was the coolest thing! It probably won't be affordable in our lifetime though. Thanks for sharing the info though!

A nice idea - BUT.....What about those of us that have more "Junk in the Trunk" - do they come in extra large? It looked a little scary when she tried to get on it - older people would have a problem. And lastly - those girsls are YOUNG! They should USE their leg muscles because we don't have them forever! But great concept.

Looks like fun but wonder how practical it would be for everyday living. Perhaps to only navigate around a quilt show, museum, mall or any other smooth surface, flat surface. I can't see them used while pushing a shopping cart. Watch out Willy, here I came! Where would you put your purchases? Wouldn't have much of a lap on which to set your bags but what fun it would be to have one. $660 - not all that bad!

I'd love to around too, BellaBoo, can you just try to imagine what will be around in 50 or 60 years? I'd like to take a test drive on one of these new transport thingies but would probably fall and break a hip or something, lol.
