One of those Pepperidge Farm cakes that you get in the freezer section at the grocery store. All I have to do is thaw and eat. Any flavor will do. I’ll buy one maybe twice a year.

A run-away sanity lunch with a good book on my ipad. My standard order? Crispy fried shrimp basket w/ tartar sauce and fresh lemon, sauteed carrots and green beans plus a side of avocado. An hour later all is fine in my world.

A pair of earrings. I guess since losing 50 pounds and now wearing a size 10, I no longer look at food as my go too for a treat. When I did it was a cupcake with lots of good buttercream frosting. Lol

Sometimes ice cream, sometimes a Pepsi float. Sometimes reading a book, sometimes a visit to a garden center.

Congratulations!! Losing 50 pounds is quite an achievement!

My treat is time with a friend or a bouquet of flowers.
