I do love it, but I want to try to go to another class. i have been going to the University and as you can imagine, college students have alot more energy, hard to keep up with them.

I watched the Zumba dvd and it about wore me out :D :) But my daughter wants it so I'll send it to her. I do use my Wii fitness program, I'm like others, it does get boring but I can feel a difference after 3 weeks. Has anyone tried the Walk it Out program for the Wii ????

I do the zumba that is incorporated with Curves for Women. It is low impact which is the only way to go when you start out at age 70! Love it!
I understand they now have Zumba for the Wii. I have the wii fitness and fitness plus. This new one should snap me into shape some day!

I ordered the DVDs when they were on QVC a couple of weeks ago. They were on advance orders. Received an email that they should be shipped the end of the month. Can't wait!

My husband and I just started doing zumba watching it on you-tube. It is fun and gets us moving. We can really feel it. The one we do is 4 1/2 minutes long and we go through it twice. I have started doing more times. We really enjoy it.

I bought the DVD to do at home....the instructions were so F-A-S-T and short, not only couldn't I keep up, I could't figure out HOW to do it. Sent it back and got a refund!!

Our women's group at church gets together one day a week for Zumba. (Wed and Fri different exercise) I didn't think I would like it so much because like others, I have very little rhythm. It is fun to watch the teacher shake all she has! She is actually my DIL's sister, dancing since she was little and a bit overweight so it's all in good fun! At the very least we have laughed some before we go home!
