Started it at home and just love it as I have danced for years. Had to stop as I have eczema with a bad outbreak and the sweating was making it worse

I go to Zumba every Friday morning (my day off of work) and just love it. It is the only real exercise I get all week long. The music is great, the moves fun, and nobody cares what you look like or whether you have rhythm or not. It is really a good workout, and fun to boot!!

Y'all are good medicine. Been trying to get my Moosette Friends interested! Not much fun doing stuff alone.
