I'm thinking the right shade of green for the fabric might be the first hurdle.

Welcome from the southern area of Minnesota.Sorry I have no racers here. But the simpler the better for the first I have learned. And to make sure you wash the red first .You have a great way to start having a grandson telling you what he is looking for. Good luck and hope you will share when you are done.

I didn't look far enough to see if it's in stock.

There's a bunch of dale,jr fabric on Ebay. There's a couple ones with green. I'd grab one of those fabrics and use it as the focus on a simple 8-10 inch squres quilt. Boys like simple :) My sister makes them for her DGS all the time. The latest one was Route 66 :)

    Welcome from NY

Hello and welcome from Southern California. Sorry, I don't have any ideas about that fabric but I am sure someone on this board will be able to help you.
