Just wanted to introduce myself and get used to submitting a message. I have never put a message on a board other than my own before so this is kind of cool.

I am stitcheroo and I have been quilting for about 2 years now. I haven't ever completed a project, but am really close. LOL I enjoy the piecing way more than the actual quilting. I think that is mainly because I haven't mastered the quilting part yet. After reading a couple of posts on this board I know that I will get much better with everyones great ideas and twists on standard ways of quilting!!!

Thanks for all the awesome ideas and I look forward to continued interaction.

welcome Stitcheroo! I am Nancy, from WI...have been quilting for only a year now.......have done 3 quilts, and several table runners. I have a wonderful quilt teacher...........and I do take some classes. We get together as a little group, about once a week..keeps one motivated! Good luck to you and WELCOME!! Nancy

Hi Nancy! Thanks for welcoming me. I am very envious of your completed work. :wink: And I think I will look around for a group of quilters that I can join. That is a good idea. I think that will definitely keep me motivated. I look forward to seeing your posts on the Quilting Board.
