Hello, While I was in Indiana awaiting the birth of our 5th great-grandchild, a friend (grammyp) from Alabama emailed there was a quilter on this board from the town I live in. Far be it from me to not follow up on a good thing, so in trying to find out who/what/where/when/why and how I had to join to be able to email her....which is not a bad thing! Come to find out, Ditter doesn't live very far away and we have a lot in common. :thumbup: We hope to be able to meet up tomorrow and I cannot wait!!!

As for quilting, I've been quilting seriously since about 1984 and have made numerous quilts of all sizes. All my kids, their kids and their kids, nieces/nephews and their kids have at least one or two quilts. :) I love making quilts......at least the tops! :roll: I do have a 'few' UFO's hanging around. :oops:
