Hello, I am fairly new to this site and am loving it alot. I may have already asked this, but just in case I did not, here goes...
I have seen a Dinah block done in black and white with a red center. But the pattern I have only shows the one block. I would like to make a quilt with a embroidried scotty dog in the center of the block. I just am not sure how to put the blocks together. Is a dinah usually stripped around each block? I hope someone can help me...
Thanks in advance for your time.

Go to quilter'scache.com, A-F, I don't think you would have a problem embroidering a scottie dog for the centers. Welcome from northeast CA. Glad you joined us.

Welcome from North Central PA.

I found this site that shows the block and the background of the webpage is a layout of the Aunt Dinah blocks:

http://www.earlywomenmasters.net/qui...nah/index.html

I think this link shows a portion of a quilt made with the block:

Hope this helps.
