Welcome! I think we're all still learning. I've been quilting for 20+ years and I learn something with just about every quilt I make.

Learning? Quilting? 20yrs ago, I learnt you never get caught up with learning. Just when you think almost there they introduced technology, new rulers.. on and on.. Try buying some thangle paper for quilting very outdated.

No matter how advanced I get I'm always behind new gadgets come and go, new technology but least I spent my life having fun, and meeting new people around the world..

Welcome from Wisconsin. I agree with the person who said you learn something everytime you make a quilt or project. I finally think I've figured out how to use all the great tips to get my blocks square and the same size! And I've been making quilts for over 25 years.

Welcome aboard from southeastern PA I have been quilting for awhile but still am learning everyday. I first started out with simple blocks but as time goes on you get more and more brave about you attempt. Just don't always look
for perfection in everything you do. It's a learning curve everyday. Everyone here is willing to help you out, even when it comes to picking out colors that look good together. Just have your phone or regular camera ready to take and post pictures. Have fun in whatever you do.
