Envelope Quilt

Welcome from MA. I had never heard of an envelope quilt before, but yours is really beautiful. Since the envelopes are not functional, quilting below the envelope flap would be a great idea and you could see the quilt stitches. I love hearts myself, and I see the envelopes as Valentine's Day quilts; so they would be appropriate.

Hi Judi..welcome from Southern Ontario. Glad you found us. Your quilt is so pretty, so feminine looking. Your daughter will love it, I certainly would.

I already have plans on making the next one red and white for valentines day. I have been collecting red and white material for a couple years. And I do love the idea for the hearts.
