first time quilter

Hello all! I am working on the indian star quilt for my first quilting project. So far I am having alot of fun with it, any suggestions on fairly simple quilts for begginers?

Hi - and welcome from Arizona! Many of the people I know, myself included, began quilting with a log cabin pattern. I am just barely ahead of you because I only started quilting seven months ago. This board is a wonderful resource, with friendly people and tons of ideas. You will love it here!
