    Default Greetings from Delaware

    (the state, not Ohio).

    Hi all,

I'm a long time knitter/crocheter who has decided to try my hand at quilting. I'm a hand quilter by necessity (I don't have a sewing machine), but if I wanted fast, I'd just go to the store. I also apparently don't understand the concept of "beginner projects", so I'm halfway through piecing the top of a twin-sized quilt. Just wanted to say hi, and let you know I may be stopping by if I get stuck.

Howdy from NJ! Nothing wrong with hand sewing/quilting. I find it wonderfully relaxing. Where are you in DE? I'm in the northern part of the state about monthly.

Welcome from Louisiana. You are a lot braver than I am. I started with pot holder and had a heck of a time with them; couldn't match pinwheels very well at all.
