Greetings from the PNW!
Hello, just thought I'd poke my head in and introduce myself. My name is Josie, and I am just now getting into sewing. I have done a little sewing in the past, so it's not *completely* foreign to me, but I do know that I have a lot to learn. I have always wanted to try my hand at quilting, so I am just going to lurk around for a little while and absorb.
Just a couple of personal tidbits. I'm a stay at home mom of two, and I homeschool my kids. I love doing artistic things, and I always feel like I need to be dabbling in something creative. I tend to rotate my interests. Sometimes I get on a roll with drawing, other times I feel inspired to crochet, papercraft, write, etc. Sewing will add a new outlet. I'm excited.

Welcome from SC Texas. Like you I do all crafts, painting and sewing. Once I started quilting I was hooked. My love of color and design all came together in quilts. So much fun in planning pulling it together and the thrill of the finished projects.I hope you find the joy of quilting that we here have found and enjoy so much.

Welcome from Texas! I also have attempted many crafts over the years. Now, my main focus is quilting. I love the challenge of creating theme quilt for babies! You will love the information and friendly assistance available from the fantastic quilters on this board.
